Medical partners happy to split cash

AS medical research funding is increased slightly to $357.3 million, medical researchers have downplayed traditional rivalries in pursuit of greater collaboration.
Universities again won the lion's share of National Health and Medical Research Council grants, increasing their share of funding for the project round to $285.4 million, up from $271.8million last year.
